The project is the result of an inspirational conversation Jérôme Sans had with Zhao Zhao in Beijing over a year ago. While the artist was telling stories about his personal path through the art world, the idea of 365 days spontaneously came up. Produced during the year 2016, with one question a day, this extensive interview explores and examines with the artist one subject a week, presenting a large survey of his life since his early youth to present. Fully illustrated, this book lies somewhere between the format of a biography and a manifesto.
